This is Bernie and although his head was not his fortune (talk about Labrador heads.. ) he had
temperament and personality to burn! Bernie finished easily just because he thought he was the best! Attitude
is everything! He was ornery, lovable and smart as a whip! He was balanced and extremely sound but short bodied and not
typey. He was out of Vonbernhart's Canadian (Beaver, a
Dee Dee son) who was sold along with Ch Vonbernhart's Hope ( a
Topaze and
Gem litter sister) to a gentleman in Bangkok, Thailand. Beaver had a common head also but an outstanding body
and was only 7 months old when I shipped him.
Hosanna was in season and I bred them together before I shipped him because I liked his body so much! The result
was Bernie!
